Operations Manager

?Resumen

This position will be responsible for managing Planning, Inventory and QA departments in the Distribution Center. This position ensures accurate scheduling of orders ensuring order requirements and delivery priorities. Manages the inventory accuracy department to ensure product availability. This position is on charge of the QA department which ensures that quality standards of each brands and criteria are met on products and assortment orders. Implementation and start-up of systems.

Key Responsabilities

Ensures accurate scheduling of orders taking into account special customer requirements and delivery priorities.
Ensures that the QA department audits and complies with established product quality and shipment criteria
Ensures in conjunction with the IT department, the implementation and start-up of systems or WMS for their optimal operation.
Ensures that the Inventory department complies with the company's established time and manner, guaranteeing the accuracy of inventory.
Develop, create, analyze, and report to senior management KPI's for each department on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Manages the coaching/counseling and disciplinary action for associates
in accordance with HR policies
Ensure 100% compliance to corporate company standards relating to, but not limited to, Housekeeping, Safety, Ergonomics, Emergency

Educational/Position Requirements:?

Minimum: Bachelor degree with 5+ years distribution or manufacturing experience

Prior Management experience required

Advance English B2 /C1
