We are looking to hire a Sr Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for multisite recruitment (Chihuahua, Reynosa, La Laguna and R&D Center)
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse candidates
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
- Network through various agreed channels, database, social media
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Automotive Experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally within in-house recruitment / agencies.
- Experience in building talent pools in the areas of Operations (Production Plants), R&D, IT, Supply Chain, etc.
- Proven experience in actively sourcing passive candidates.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Advance English language skills.
- High level of professionalism and demonstrated excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to relocate (this position can be in La Laguna, Chihuahua or Reynosa)
