What will you be doing?
PepsiCo Foods North America CTO Voice and Workplace Delivery Sr. Manager, this role is responsible for end-to-end Network voice, unified communication and collaboration UCC (Zoom, Teams, etc.) workplace services (mobile device, desktop & shared services) refresh and innovation for all PepsiCo Foods North America locations ~325 sites. This work includes voice solution design and delivery using PepsiCo engineering and Security standards. This role is responsible for business relationship between the PepsiCo IT CIO, Frito-Lay, Quaker Oats and Corporate Function business teams with a focus on identifying new business requirements and preparing for strategic growth supporting our business. This role is responsible for ~$10MM in annual investment across 3 sectors and ~325 sites. Team management, program management, vendor management and financial management are a part of the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
Scope:
Delivery of 2-3 large annual programs i.e. voice refresh from on prem to cloud, Zoom to Teams migration, physical to cloud end user storage migrations. Delivery 5-10 out of cycle programs enabling business strategic growth. Consult with business on new technology requirements and partner with PepsiCo Engineering and Security to align on standards for deployment. Directly accountable for managing ~$10MM annual invest (estimating, planning, forecasting, PO approval and capitalization reporting). Partner with PepsiCo IT towers on standards, requirements and innovation. Manage a complex team of project managers, change coordinators, financial analyst and multiple 3rd party vendors. Write, manage and refine complex statements of work. Write and execute complex request for proposal and partner with PepsiCo procurement on selection process. Manage day to day escalations critical to keeping projects on track.
Accountabilities:
- Deliver complex Voice and End User infrastructure projects on time and on budget
- Build complex estimation models for infrastructure delivery programs
- Write and manage IT capital expense requests for new projects
- Review and approve low level network and voice designs
- Maintain strategic partnerships with engineering, architecture and 3rd party suppliers to ensure adherence to PepsiCo Network and Security standards
- Maintain business relationships with the CIO team and direct business contacts
- Manage both baseline and investment budgets within forecast accuracy guidelines, report out financial risks and challenges
- Develop business proposal estimates with cost-benefit analysis
- Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives
- Identify and deliver key metrics and reporting tools
- Write and review statements of work with a focus on fixed bid delivery model to reduce cost and complexity
- Partner with procurement to author, review and revise RFP and SOW documents
- Communicate and report out to Sr. management on program status and updates
- Manage and develop direct reports to grow and become successful future leaders
- Manage multiple 3rd party suppliers
- Manage delivery of fix bid statements of work

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Technical:
- 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- 5+ years of experience delivering infrastructure services like Network, Voice and/or Unified Communications
Non-Technical
- IT finance planning/management (forecasting, planning, reporting)
- Excellent English based written and verbal skills
- Vendor management
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business management or equivalent work experience
Skills Preferred/Not Required
- 2+ years delivering voice solutions and/or voice migrations
- Reporting (Tableau, Power BI)
- Cisco certification in voice or network
