BIA Group is a global leader in high-quality chrome-plated components for automotive interiors and exteriors. With advanced expertise in injection molding, chrome finishing for both the interior and exterior of vehicles is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with at least 10 years of uninterrupted experience in the automotive and aftermarket industries. Experience in OEMs and Tier 1-2, after-market and other applicable industries such as Home Appliances.
Skills and Abilities:
· College graduated as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Chemistry , specialized in electroplating (a plus), Master degree: MBA Planning & Strategic Administrative area (is a plus).
· 10 to 12 years of experience in the automotive industry as a Sales Engineer.
· Knowledge of the injection molding process is a MUST. (Electro plating process is desirable as a PLUS).
· Proven experience in cost integration, calculations, and project management.
· Experience negotiating new projects and engineering changes.
· Strategic business planning (sales and short-, medium-, and long-term projects).
· Project methodology.
· GD&T (geometric tolerancing).
· Knowledge of Value Methodology strategies.
· Advanced skills in electronic data processing (EDP) and MS Office.
· Fluent English (spoken and written), advanced communication skills (
· Customer-oriented, confident, and confident presence.
· Independent and proactive work style.
· Sense of responsibility, be self-employed. Independent and proactive internal coordination of ongoing projects, including open and transparent communication with all involved departments.
· Developed leadership and effective communication skills.

· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (valid U.S. passport and visa).
· Identify, develop, and implement long-term sales strategies based on market intelligence, in collaboration with the Plant Director and the Global Sales Director.
· Seek new business awards based on current plant capacity, assessing the resources and risks associated with each project.
· Continuous optimization and development of the sales and project management interface.
· Reporting and maintaining KPIs to the Plant Director.
· Preparation of cost spreadsheets for quotations.
· Maintain close communication with key clients, maintaining the company's presence.
· Support clients in communicating with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), aftermarket manufacturers, and the appliance industry.
· Ensure the execution and adherence to deadlines of all projects.
· Perform value-added analysis/value engineering, within the scope of the sales and commercial departments.
· Obtain the highest level of client requirements for newly awarded projects (Client Portal).
· Share the initial budget allocated to the project management team, as well as the sales price for each project phase.
· Maintain transparent and efficient documentation within the company.
· Independent project management.
