Required Experience:

• Designs, builds, and maintains secure ETL/ELT data pipelines across cloud environments to support data analysis and reporting.
• Responsible for ingesting and transforming diverse data types from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, and developing complex dashboards and reports in tools like Cognos and Tableau.
• Works in an agile environment to deliver efficient solutions, manages support tickets and change requests, and follows best practices for code development and documentation.
• Also conducts data discovery and modeling to meet evolving business needs.
• Delivers ad-hoc and analytical reports to internal users and teams.
• Ingests and transforms structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from sources including relational databases, NoSQL, external APIs, JSON, XML, delimited files, and more.

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Strong verbal, written, and technical documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments to support product delivery.
• Skilled in working within agile environments, ensuring timely completion of ETL/ELT pipelines and reports.
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, and experienced in developing data audit processes to ensure integrity.
• Adept at validation, testing, and debugging to resolve issues efficiently.
• Experienced with both relational and NoSQL databases, and knowledgeable in object-oriented scripting languages like Python, Java, and Scala.
• Familiar with big data technologies such as Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, and has hands-on experience with reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, Big Data, Business Intelligence, or Software Engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
