About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in Finance, Banking, and Accounting, and will contribute to driving operational accuracy, financial integrity, and data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, analysis, and forecasting activities.
• Perform end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize financial workflows.
• Contribute to audits and provide documentation as needed.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–8 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or banking environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems (ERP or reporting tools). Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a shared service center, multinational company, or regulated industry.
• Familiarity with reconciliation tools or automated finance platforms.
• Advanced English skills is a MUST.
