You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign assets are delivered correctly, ensure compliance with email marketing and SMS marketing regulations, and monitor the ongoing performance and optimization of automations and workflows. This is an ideal opportunity for the candidate who is eager to show they can manage an email marketing program from the ground up and show growth as an email marketing leader.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Developing and executing high-performing email marketing campaigns designed to drive engagement, revenue, and growth.
- Managing end-to-end execution, including creative placement (from assets delivered by internal teams), segmentation, A/B testing setup, deployment, and more.
- Building and maintaining ongoing reports for Program Directors to review and, as necessary, modify strategic plans and campaign calendars to accommodate performance needs.
- Ensuring all delivered assets are aligned with clients' brand guidelines, rule sets, and other requirements, performing all necessary QA to do so.
- Managing your timelines and tasks, in collaboration with your Delivery Manager, to ensure asset requirements are met.
- Providing oversight on all email marketing automations for your clients, ensuring these flows and integrations are working as intended at all times.
- Ensuring compliance with email and SMS marketing regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA, and more.
- Identifying and resolving risks to successful completion of client deliverables, elevating them to Program Directors and Delivery Managers as soon as possible.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing campaign management, either on the brand side or in a MarTech company or marketing agency role with prior/current responsibilities for in-platform email marketing campaign management and execution.
- Proficiency working with email service providers, marketing automation platforms, and lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo, MailChimp, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and more.
- Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and analytics. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral, especially in a business setting. An ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences is a major plus.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to constantly changing deadlines, priorities, and project requirements.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Experience working with a fully remote team, including team members overseas.
