We are looking for:

Field Quality Analyst

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electromechanical, Electronics Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the Quality area, ideally within a multinational manufacturing or service environment.
• Skills: Service attitude, Adherence to Standards, Commitment-Task Completion, Effective Communication, Process Control-Execution, Results Focus-Task Orientation, Emotional Stability, Honesty, Integrity, Problem Solving-Analytical Ability.
• Experience in Field Quality Analysis / Problem Solving / Root Cause Analysis / Customer Feedback / CAPA / Data Analysis / SAP BO Analysis for Office / Product Knowledge / Multisite Communication
• Advanced English (required).

 Main Responsibilities:

• Experience using data analysis tools such as SAP BO Analysis for Office (Analysis for Excel), with the ability to connect to SAP databases, generate dynamic reports, filter large data volumes, and extract meaningful insights for failure analysis and quality KPIs tracking.
• Analyze field data to identify systemic product issues and emerging trends (e.g., Pareto analysis, trend charts, defect rates).
• Coordinate and drive structured root cause analyses of field issues (e.g., using 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA, etc.) in close cooperation with global production sites and central engineering teams.
• Align corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with headquarters and ensure implementation across affected regions.
• Act as a communication bridge between regional service, sales, and central functions, facilitating effective information flow and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with local service and sales teams in multiple countries across the Americas to capture feedback and ensure solution effectiveness.
• Escalate critical quality issues to regional and global management, providing clear, data-driven summaries and action proposals.
• Support continuous improvement of product and process quality through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
