At Wonderful Citrus, we are looking for an FP&A Leader to work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team, providing key financial analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy in reports and presentations to senior management, as well as driving improvements in margins and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute standard and customized management reports for internal use.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure overall business performance. Analyze trends and expense projections, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Utilize analytical tools to develop reports, charts, and dashboards.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Consolidate budgets, P&L, and long-term forecasts.
• Present financial information clearly and strategically to all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Agri-business, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related areas.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in agriculture, food production, or consumer goods is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and ERP (Oracle is a plus).
• Availability to travel 30% of time.
• Valid U.S. visa required.

What We Offer:

• $30,000 – 35,000 MXN gross per month
