We're looking for a curious and motivated Junior Business Analyst to support our product and engineering teams. You'll help analyze data, define requirements, and improve how we build and deliver software. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and designers to understand business goals and technical needs
- Help gather and document functional and technical requirements
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing activities
- Create user stories, process flows, and data mappings
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Usage of Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in a business analyst, technical support, QA, or related role
- A basic understanding of software development and Agile practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to understand how things work
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic queries, or data tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team
Nice to Have
- DevOps understanding
- Exposure to APIs, databases, or system integrations
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or SQL
- Experience in a tech company, startup, or fast-paced environment
