We are looking for a warehouse supervisor. Responsible for shipping product to customers as assigned by customer service staff, as well as components traced back to sellers as required by purchase.

Job responsibilities
- Monitor all warehouse activities, along with deliveries.
- Responsible for overall inventory accuracy, maintenance and material security in the Warehouse, including raw materials.
- Key lead participant for physical inventory activities.
- Coordinate and control warehouse activities related to cycle counting, inventory adjustments, negative inventories, and related inventory accounts. Assist production and quality with inventory transactions related to your areas.
- Coordinate the provisions related to their areas.
- Coordinate the disposal of surplus and obsolete materials with the manufacturing, engineering, purchasing and quality departments.
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to comply with IATF 16949: 2016, ISO-14000 and ISO 45001 and the quality systems required by clients.
- Maintain and motivate the culture of continuous improvement to guarantee total customer satisfaction.
- Assign and coordinate daily staff tasks such as inventory control, cycle counting, problem resolution, plant management reporting.
- Manage and coordinate, with the ease of the Human Resources Manager, any interpersonal and employee issues/concerns.
- Verify negative inventories and coordinate with the Mexico Warehouse and production to clear inventory.
- Monitor daily inventory transactions between US and Mexico warehouse as well as material transfers to WIP
- Process and flag obsolete material in HFA as approved for disposal
- Responsible for conducting routine warehouse safety audits, fire drills and fire sprinkler testing in conjunction with the safety department.
- Carry out a semi-annual physical inventory
- Support with Warehouse data entry
- Together with the Materials Manager, you have the responsibility of implementing the elements of IATF 16949: 2016, ISO-14000 and ISO 45001 applicable to your process.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse management or inventory control experience.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (Desirable). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills both written and verbal, (English as a plus).
- Diplomacy when dealing with clients (internal and external).
- Good analytical/problem solving skills. Ability to apply planning concepts when presenting/solving problems and pay attention to details.
