We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy TikTok Content Manager / TikTok Operator to lead the strategy, content creation, and growth of our presence on TikTok. The ideal candidate is passionate about short-form video content, understands platform trends, and knows how to engage Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with the brand's identity and marketing goals.
Create original, engaging, and trend-based TikTok videos — from ideation to posting.
Manage the TikTok calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
Stay up to date with platform trends, challenges, sounds, and algorithm changes.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, creative) and external partners (influencers, creators) to produce co-branded content.
Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategy to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Respond to comments and engage with the TikTok community in a way that reflects the brand voice.
Identify opportunities for viral content and pitch new creative ideas weekly.]
Requirements:
Proven experience managing TikTok content for a brand or as a creator.
Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and best practices.
Strong video editing skills using TikTok's native tools or external apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush).
Excellent communication skills in [English/Spanish]
Creative mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Sprout, Hootsuite).
Bonus: experience working with influencers or managing UGC campaigns.
