This person will Ensure the recovery process of Debit Notes created to Logistics providers due to missing products in Logistics processes (approx $15MM MXP per year). As well as provide support in the control / administration of pallets and in the implementation of projects to reduce the cost of rental and / or transfer of CHEP pallets to our clients (expense of approximately $270MM MXP per year).

Responsibilities:

• Monthly meetings with Logistics providers (approx. 50 providers) to ensure the process of recovering missing products in Logistics processes
• Follow-up with areas involved for (Logistics POD & Finance) to ensure the recovery process of missing products in Logistics processes and their correct financial classification.
• Monthly reconciliation of the status of payments received by Logistics providers for missing products.
• Visibility/Escalation to the Logistics team of "GAPs & Risks" of the recovery process
• Support in demand planning and supply of Pallets for the different manufacturing sites: MH Plant, Co-Manufacturers and Co Packers ($270MM MXP per year)
• Validation of weekly transfers
• Portal capture of transfers NOT reported
• Monitoring of warehouse errors (Journeys with undocumented pallets)
• Control of evidence of transfer audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum one year of professional experience in Payment Processes to logistics providers
• Data Analysis Capacity
• SAP & Google Suite Applications
• Intermediate English level (minimum).

Preferred qualifications include:

• Knowledge of Logistics Operation (Land Freight and Pallet Planning)
• Experience in Payment Processes to logistics providers
