The Category Management team within the US HP.com Store exists to define & drive high-value Products, Services, and Solutions sales across the organization. In this role, you will be collaborating with other category team members and cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of activities owned by the US Hp.com Category team including data analysis and reporting, creation of content to promote new ideas, process flow improvements and process automations, and direct contribution & support to projects in areas of key growth for the business across multiple product categories. Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Perform competitive analysis (e.g., pricing, promotions, GTM activities) to support PSS life cycle strategies/tactics.
- Assist with forecasting to assure sufficient product is available.
- Assist with product/service/ solution introductions and end-of-life obsolescence activities.
- Execute/analyze product/ service/solution price promotions.
- Assist with management/ deployment of alliance and other partner funds (specials, pricing, price promotions).
- Support tracking and execution of initiatives and projects aligned with key growth areas
- Generate reports based on existing databases and Business Intelligence tools
- Automate existing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployment
- Lead research initiatives to better understand customer behaviors and competitive trends
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Category leads to identify areas of opportunity
- Manage data sets, create enhanced graphical charts to support leadership presentations
Education and Experience Required
- College degree in Marketing/Business/Technical
- 2+ years data manipulation and/or operational experience
Knowledge And Skills
- Demonstrated understanding of eCommerce and/or Digital Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of product marketing fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to analyze and manipulate data using Excel/Google Sheets
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau and PowerBI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively collaborate with virtual teams
- Understanding of Project/Program management fundamentals is a plus
