American Express Travel Counselor will provide exceptional Customer Service:

• Giving Card members timely, accurate and relevant travel information.
• Managing Card member expectations.
• Delivering service above and beyond expectations.
• An understanding of Premium Travel related areas such as geography and products.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of travel working experience.
• SABRE or AMADEUS GDS is a must.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
• Availability to work from 6 am to midnight, including Saturday & Sunday (days OFF will be arranged based on schedule assigned).
