About the role

Seasoned Quality Engineering professional. Works as an individual contributor to achieve objectives that have a significant impact on area of responsibility. May managed Quality Engineering processes and/or projects. Uses experience and knowledge to influence the development, modification, application, and maintenance, or quality evaluation, control systems, and protocols.

Requirements

· Direct experience in quality, manufacturing, and engineering, applying quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, Supplier Audits (similar to CQS, ISO/IATF), SPC, MSA, DoE, and RRCA tools to drive zero-defect quality (3-6 years of experience).

· BA/BS degree with 5-8 years of experience.

· Degree in a technical discipline, such as Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering preferred.

· Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.

· Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills (8D, Look Across skills).

· Excellent project management skills and comfortable communicating at all levels of management and with external customers and suppliers.

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).

· Bilingual.

· Approximately 30% travel required (as needed).

· Must have a VISA and passport.

· MA/MS degree is a plus but not required.
