We are currently looking for a "Quality management system coordinator "

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

• Follow up the Management System through Internal Audits and Management Reviews.
• Act as Lead Auditor in Internal Audit Processes.
• Ensure the correct Mapping and Structure of the Quality Management System.
• Approve the base documents of the Quality Management System.
• Directly supervise the Quality Management System as a whole, provide support to those responsible for the processes in the development of their functions and coordinate all the actions that allow the normal operation of the QMS.
• Train the personnel involved through informative meetings so that they are aware of the scope and requirements of our quality management system.
• Update the information of the Processes in case there are new requirements or changes in the standard.
• Control of external documents and procedures, through the information provided by the different areas of the company in order to standardize all documents.
• Support the Quality Engineer according to the needs of the operation.
• Control calibrations and verifications of monitoring and measuring equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor´s degree
• English proficiency
• More than 5 years in QMS coordination positions
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (latest version)
• AMEF, Control Plan
