Objective:

Ensure the quality and reliability of our products through effective problem-solving, customer interaction, and coordination of internal and external quality processes, contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

· Direct attention to customer concerns, meetings, and reporting activities.

· Provide quick and effective responses to quality-related issues.

· Coordinate internal and external containment actions.

· Apply structured problem-solving tools such as 8D's, 7 Steps, Red X, and 5 Why's.

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Engineering.

· Master's degree is desirable.

· Knowledge and application of Core Tools (FMEA, DFMEA, Control Plan).

· Proficient in problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D's, 5 Why's, and Red X.

· Strong communication skills and experience in direct customer interaction.

· Desirable: Knowledge of manufacturing processes for cylinder heads and engine blocks.

· Advanced English proficiency.
