Role overview:
The Centre Director is responsible for ensuring the integrity and sustainability of the Centre, especially on the field of hiring and assigning employees to Service Delivery teams, personnel development, quality, technology, information security and safety. After consultation and agreement with the Client Engagement Executives/Directors, the Centre Director is responsible for objective setting and performance management for Service Delivery Managers. He/she provides visible management support for Information Security, Delivery Excellence initiatives and the respective resources within the Centre. He/she must adhere to and follow the directions included in the global BPO Location Strategy. Each Centre Director is accountable for the accuracy of information and its timely delivery to the respective global functions. Ensuring all internal and external Compliance requirements are met by the Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all the support areas in the center to make sure that their quality standards are met.
- Develop strategies for all support areas in the center and provide support when challenges arise-
- Hosting of the Centre Information Security Officer.
- Selected Client Service Delivery within the Centre
- Provide visibility to our clients on the center's resources, branding and technological strengths.
- Participate and interact continuously in meetings with clients to provide support, insights and action plans based on their needs.
- Oversee the control of key legal aspects.
- Guarantee that the center remains in compliance with all the existing and new company policies.
- Provide visibility, insights and detailed information regarding critical financial information that concerning the center (when required.)
- Generate new strategies for the center's growth and exposure.
Qualifications
- 15-20 years of proven experience working as a site director in the BPO industry
- Availability to relocate in Aguascalientes (Mexico) is needed.
- Advanced stakeholder facing and engagement skills.
- Experience in corporate deals' negotiation and closure within a BPO context.
- Strong knowledge in financial processes and results interpretation / presentation.
- Strong problem solving and solutions proposal skills.
- People oriented scope.
- Advanced English skills.
