Now we´re looking for a Advanced Quality Engineer with the following requirements:

Knowledge/Skills

• Bachelor of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial. More than 3 years of experience in NEW product development processes and transfer projects, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities.
• Technical conversational English level (bilingual desirable). / Ability to travel 25% of time (including international).
• Expert of RCA methods as 8D, A3. Previous relevant experience with statistic data analysis and softwares (Minitab)
• Advanced knowledge and experience in core tools usage (APQP, PAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF, CP)
• Advanced knowledge in hydraulics systems, mechanical and electronics subjects.
• Ability for decision making based on data and proper risk assessment.

Work activities

• Handle full quality validation process of complex and urgent Transfers projects.
• Develop and validate key quality documents to ensure proper readiness of the projects. ( CP, QRS, etc)
• Lead teams for RCA of issues happened during QB using advanced skills of problem-solving methods.
• Communicate and escalate in a proper way any risk associated with quality issues during any project stage.
• Participate in continuous improvement and QMS topics.
