We are looking for a strategic and self-driven Social Media & Campaign Specialist to join our team. This is not a junior or entry-level position. We need someone who can independently lead and execute social media strategy, campaign planning, and visual content creation across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Sales, Public Relations, and Proposal Development — to craft powerful digital narratives that elevate our brand and support revenue-generating initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media content strategy across all major platforms.
• Write original and engaging copy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Translate PR stories, case studies, and sales content into compelling digital campaigns.
• Partner with the Sales team to design social media strategies for proposals, trade shows, and business development efforts.
• Create polished visual content using tools like Canva or similar.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimization.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent brand tone and message.
• Act as a digital advisor to internal stakeholders, recommending best practices and new ideas.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, campaign management, or digital content creation.
• Strong copywriting skills in English; ability to write for a U.S. audience.
• Proven experience supporting sales or B2B teams through social media campaigns.
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
• Comfortable working independently and guiding non-expert stakeholders.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven campaign optimization is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar industries.
• Familiarity with cross-functional environments and supporting multiple departments.
• Creative mindset with a focus on storytelling and brand voice development.
