We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager & Social Media Expert to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong grasp of social media, paid advertising, content strategy, and performance metrics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the construction or assisted living industries-or a strong interest in learning the dynamics of these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Post Creation
Develop engaging, relevant, and visually compelling content tailored to target audiences
Write and schedule social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Transform traditional marketing materials into dynamic digital ads
Video Editing
Social Media Management
Manage daily activity on all major social platforms
Grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness
Stay on top of trends and implement best practices
Advertising & Campaign Management
Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Perform A/B testing for ad creatives and targeting
Monitor ad performance and adjust for optimal ROI and ROAS
Use PPC strategies to drive targeted traffic and conversions
Experience with Google Ads is a plus (not required)
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights
Use metrics to improve future ad campaigns and content effectiveness
Cross-Platform Growth
Open to learning and implementing strategies on additional platforms (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager; experience with Google Ads is a bonus
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance tracking
Experience or familiarity with the construction and/or assisted living industries preferred
Creative thinker with the ability to turn static content into compelling ads
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to stay current on marketing trends
Knowledge on Go High Level is a must

Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
