About the Role
We're hiring a Google Ads Specialist to join our internal team and own the hands-on execution of paid search campaigns. You'll work with clear SOPs and existing frameworks to build and manage campaigns that drive measurable results for U.S.-based local service businesses, think doctors, roofers, karate schools, and beyond.
This is a non-client-facing role, your focus is implementation, performance, and process improvement. You'll collaborate closely with our internal team and bring a proactive, detail-first mindset to every account you touch.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns from scratch using provided SOPs and templates
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to meet ROI goals
- Perform keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and structure high-performing ad groups
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, extensions, and landing pages to maximize conversions
- Maintain documentation and reporting in line with agency standards
- Proactively flag underperformance and suggest improvements to campaign processes
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based local service businesses
- Proven track record with budgets between $1K-$8K/month
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
- Experience working in a U.S.-based digital agency environment
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate)
Highly proactive and organized; able to manage multiple campaigns without micromanagement - Excellent communication and collaboration skills (accent is not a concern)
- Meta Ads experience is a plus, but not required
