What you'll do?

· End-to- end business architecture and supporting technical components for at least 3 Salesforce projects

· Salesforce Capabilities:

· Service Cloud and Experience Cloud focus

· Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect, Messaging for in-app and web

· Case Management, Email to Case setup

· Apex Development understanding (when and when not to use)

· Flow Development

· Assist Developers with troubleshooting

· Reporting and Dashboard Development

What you'll bring:

· At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 5 as a Solutions Architect)

· Salesforce certifications (System Architect and Application Architect)

· Significant Consulting/client facing background

· Participation in each phase of at least three full Salesforce lifecycle implementations

· At least 2 years of Salesforce Project Management Experience

· Agile methodology
