Position Title: Bilingual Nurse

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while effectively communicating with patients and families in both English and Spanish. This role is essential in ensuring that language barriers do not hinder access to healthcare services and that patients receive culturally competent care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-ups, in accordance with medical protocols and standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members in both languages.
• Collaborate with our doctor in charge and specialists.
• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed appropriately.
• Document patient interactions, assessments, and treatments accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventative care measures in their preferred language.
• Participate in community outreach programs to provide healthcare education and services to diverse populations.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies, including patient confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Education:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license in México.

Experience:

of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Experience working with diverse and multilingual populations is a plus.

Skills:

Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

We offer:

• $8,000.00 MXN base salary (after taxes) and law benefits.

Work schedule:

• 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Monday to Friday

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon (Downtown).
