Join our team as Global Network Operations Leader

Job Objective: As the Global Network Operations Leader, you will oversee the comprehensive management and direction of our network operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability on a global scale. This critical role involves managing a managed service partner to deliver superior network operations and support services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• English fluent and Spanish
• Experience with network security best practices and technologies, including VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network access control
• Experience with deploying, configuring, and testing network equipment.
• Experience in managing relationships with MSP, vendors and suppliers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, senior management).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in network operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global network operations.
• Able to travel 10-20%

Main responsabilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day network operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and incident response, to ensure high availability and performance.
• Oversee the escalation process, ensuring timely resolution of critical network issues and minimizing impact on business operations.
• Supervise routine maintenance activities, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and effectively to prevent unplanned downtime and extend the life of network assets.
