Location: Mexicali or Saltillo, Mexico (On-site 4 days/week)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 EBS Analyst to support and enhance business processes in a global technology environment. This role requires strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules and a hands-on approach to translating business needs into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as Oracle SME for business operations support and process improvements.
• Analyze, improve, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 modules and related systems.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business users.
• Lead and document project planning, testing, and implementation activities.
• Create training materials and deliver user training sessions when needed.
• Ensure stability and integrity of shared environments by validating global changes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS modules: Order Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Shipping, and ASCP.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database experience.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and discrete manufacturing business processes.
• Proven experience in project planning, functional documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Advanced English skills (oral and written).
• Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel up to 10% (all travel expenses covered)

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle-related experience.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud or Fusion.
• Experience with Toad for Oracle.
• PMP Certification.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
