Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist with a strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and engineering to support sourcing activities, vendor engagement, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing RFI/RFQ processes, working with ERP systems (SAP preferred), and driving procurement strategies within a technical or mechanical context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

• Analyze procurement data to support SKU rationalization and cost optimization.

• Utilize ERP tools (preferably SAP) to manage procurement transactions and maintain accurate records.

• Engage in supplier negotiations and contract development.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.

• Proven expertise in handling RFI/RFQ processes.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.

• Experience with SKU rationalization and supplier performance evaluation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
