• Oversee general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury for Mexico and U.S. entities.

• Monitor product costing, inventory management, and financial KPIs.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Ensure tax, legal, and regulatory compliance across both countries.

• Coordinate external and internal audits.

• Support strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

• Supervise and develop the local finance team.

• Handle U.S. accounting tasks in collaboration with corporate.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 6 years of financial experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2).

• Proven knowledge of cost accounting, budget control, and cross-border operations.

• Solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.

• Experience managing U.S. financial statements is a strong plus.

• ERP knowledge
