Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Work with project management to establish project procurement strategy and budget.
• Coordinate with logistics team to monitor delivery schedules and manage inventory levels.
• Manage the bidding process, including soliciting bids, preparing bid documents, and evaluating bids.
• Work with accounting team to resolve payment disputes and ensure compliance with invoicing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience working with construction materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
