About the Role
We're seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant who can also wear the hat of a Sales Funnel Builder. This role supports a fast-growing online coaching business, combining day-to-day executive support with hands-on funnel strategy and execution using GoHighLevel.

Responsibilities

• Manage email inboxes and calendars
• Build and optimize sales funnels (VSLs, lead magnets, etc.) using GoHighLevel
• Write compelling copy for emails, funnels, and landing pages
• Assist in the creation of course materials and client resources
• Maintain CRM organization and client communications

Required Skills

• Proficiency with GoHighLevel or similar funnel/CRM tools
• Strong copywriting ability
• Experience with digital products, sales funnels, or course delivery
• Excellent English (fluent, no heavy accent)
