Capgemini Aguascalientes is looking for an Import-Export Specialist!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Net Requirements to Sourcing Units for Import Finished Goods considering network constraints: Stocks policies, lead times, minimum lot sizes, goverment regulations, etc.; in a rolling process. - Impo
• Import Plan Follow up with sourcing unit to ensuring the plan compliance, identify risks due to demand variations or delay in shipments in order to take corrective actions. - Impo
• Contracts Management - Impo
• Consolidate all Finished Goods requirements from a Receiving Unit and assure its integrity, in order to translate to a Production Requirement - Expo
• Close follow up with Supply Planner in order to identify risk in production and define corrective actions to ensure the export service level - Expo
• Follow up agreements taken in Innovation Meetings in order to manage the due dates for new products or change specifications with receiving countries - Expo
• Communicate to International Logistics the Export Plan and update in daily basis in order to IL provides the transport needed - Expo
• Daily follow up of invoicing and shipment in order to get the Service Level - Expo
• Follow up of Innovations Performance in Receiving Units in order to manage Waste Risk with materials or finished goods in Sourcing Unit - Expo

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in Import-Export Planning.
• Background in Team Leading is a huge plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Background working with mass consumption products is a huge plus.
• Previous experience working wit SAP, Oracle or similar software is needed.
• International stakeholder facing experience is a huge plus.
