Descripción
The objective of this position is to open, lead and develop key account customers in eComm for OSRAM automotive & ACE products. Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) with eComm customers in line with brand strategies. Perform ORI analysis and promotion plan optimization for KAM eComm channel. Drive sales growth through MKT investments, promotional activities and customer collaborations. Excute customer initiatives, from planning to evaluation with excellence.
Management and relationship with eCommerce accounts especially with Amazon, analysis of statistics, sales objectives, needs, data and key reports for business development
Customer prospecting and evaluation and eCommerce channel for OSRAM brand and portfolio exposure
Development of new projects and businesses with the aim of strengthening OSRAM's participation in new market trends in the e-commerce environment
Supervision and monitoring of sales results in the eCommerce channel in Mexico, as well as managing collection recovery and maintaining cleanliness in the account
Coordination and management of official eCommerce pages, especially Amazon, their maintenance and development
Planning sales goals and marketing budget management between OSRAM, Amazon and eCommerce accounts
Development, implementation and control of pricing and service policy for the Online / eCommerce channel
Generate content for the Online channel, product images, description, web tags for OSRAM brand positioning
Monthly report of results and KPIs of the eCommerce channel in Mexico
