Work Schedule: Monday - Friday / 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing administrative tasks, and supporting the company's operations. The role requires proficiency in Google Workspace tools and a commitment to following documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online.
Process transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as required.
Administrative Support:
Manage schedules and meetings using Google Calendar.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients via Gmail.
Organize and maintain records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Process Adherence:
Follow documented SOPs for all assigned tasks.
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Meet, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
Ability to follow detailed processes and checklists.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Monday.com for task management.
Familiarity with Square for payment processing.
