We're looking for a strong operational leader for a key on-site account (On-Site Account Manager)

Key responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize daily operations at a high-volume client site.
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring performance targets, service levels, and contract terms are met.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
Represent the company in client meetings, building trust and strategic alignment.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings, leading improvement initiatives from start to finish.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, logistics, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing on-site teams, warehouses, and inventory operations.
Proven track record in cost-saving or efficiency projects.
Strong background in budget control, resource management, and customer service.
Advanced Excel skills and fluent English (required).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
