We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage key accounts within the HVAC products sector, focusing on larger Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in related industries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account management, specifically with 10-15 years of proven success in managing and growing relationships with major OEMs in HVAC or adjacent industries. This position is remote, so candidates from other states such as San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, etc., can apply.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Proven track record of 10-15 years in account management roles, specifically managing large OEM accounts in HVAC or similar industries.
Strong understanding of the HVAC products market and industry dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed within Mexico and occasionally internationally.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution.
Identify opportunities for new business development and expansion within existing accounts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment on business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
