Your work will not only drive digital transformation but also establish long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with clients, standing out as a trusted technical advisor and a crucial strategic partner.
Your Impact: Responsibilities - Lead significant eCommerce projects, focusing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B/B2C/OMS
- Guide companies through multi-cloud solution journeys.
- Advocate for best practices in multi-cloud implementations.
- Align multi-cloud features with company visions and business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business partners and technical teams.
- Engage in solution design, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end solution implementation and issue resolution.
- Support user acceptance testing and project rollouts.
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners about project achievements and risks.
Basic Requirements- Strong experience in Commerce, Business Analysis or Consulting in a matrix organization.
- Strong skills in translating customer needs into technical requirements.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a process-driven mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively.
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce products, with experience in design and implementation.
- Familiarity with Scrum, Agile Methodology, APIs, and Integration is beneficial.
Communication and Consultancy Skills- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in client-facing roles, providing consultancy services.
- Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Effective team player, able to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Skilled at coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Recognized for strong leadership and facilitating meetings effectively.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and intermediate/proficient English.
