Role Description

Commerce Solution Architect

You will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' success. Your expertise is key in solving sophisticated problems and leading the implementation of e-commerce projects and other Salesforce solutions. Focused on aligning business strategies with cutting-edge technology, you will guide customers through their multi-cloud solution journey, ensuring each project reflects and amplifies the clients' objectives and visions. Your work will not only drive digital transformation but also establish long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with clients, standing out as a trusted technical advisor and a crucial strategic partner.

Your Impact: Responsibilities

• Lead significant eCommerce projects, focusing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B/B2C/OMS
• Guide companies through multi-cloud solution journeys.
• Advocate for best practices in multi-cloud implementations.
• Align multi-cloud features with company visions and business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between business partners and technical teams.
• Engage in solution design, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end solution implementation and issue resolution.
• Support user acceptance testing and project rollouts.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners about project achievements and risks.

Basic Requirements

• Strong experience in Commerce, Business Analysis or Consulting in a matrix organization.
• Strong skills in translating customer needs into technical requirements.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a process-driven mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively.
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce products, with experience in design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile Methodology, APIs, and Integration is beneficial.

Communication and Consultancy Skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in client-facing roles, providing consultancy services.
• Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Effective team player, able to work well in a collaborative environment.
• Skilled at coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Recognized for strong leadership and facilitating meetings effectively.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and intermediate/proficient English.
