We're Hiring: General Accountant (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are a growing and professionally run company seeking a reliable and experienced General Accountant to take full ownership of the accounting operations for one of our key business entities. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in structured environments and values integrity, precision, and fiscal compliance.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete accounting cycle for one legal entity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations, including DIOT, VAT, and ISR.
• Lead the monthly closing process and generate financial statements in compliance with Mexican GAAP.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to ensure fiscal optimization and legal compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors, legal counsel, and tax advisors as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with SAT and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide management with timely financial analysis and recommendations.

?? Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, preferably in mid to large-sized companies or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican tax law, SAT requirements, and fiscal strategies.
• Proficient in DIOT, VAT, ISR declarations and full-cycle accounting.
• Solid experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Contpaq, SAP, or similar).
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
