.You'll provide teammates with direction, collaboration, and communication around ongoing and upcoming data projects. You'll also develop a deep understanding of data products, agile workflows, setting you up for a long-lasting, successful career with us.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Managing moderate complexity projects mostly limited to 1 core team and 2-3 external teams.
• Working in conjunction with our Data Product Center of Excellence to develop project timelines with input from all teammates and gain buy-in and agreement of the ultimate plan with support from our Senior Data Product Manager. See projects through from requirements gathering to launch & training with assistance from team BSA and Data Change & Activation Leader.
• Communicate with stakeholders and external teams to identify, analyze, and address project risks by creating actions plans. Drive clear and consistent communication with stakeholders relating to project status and health. Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on timelines and procedures. Ensure validation is completed in a timely manner.
• Support the data engineering team to manage project timelines, engineering capacity and follow-through. Create user stories, manage tickets and backlogs for engineers. Assist engineers with business blockers. Identify critical path items to maintain forward progress towards goals while handling tradeoffs throughout execution. Regularly share lessons learned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO WIN

• 5+ years in project management, experience with data products preferred.
• BA/BS in information technology, statistics, mathematics, science, or equivalent experience.
• PMP certified or equivalent a plus.
• Experience working collaboratively with data engineers, business partners, and analysts including scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Ability to document, communicate, and vocally advocate for project timelines, blockers, and specific needs.
• Confluence, Snowflake, and Tableau experience a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile sprint process.
• Advanced English level.
