We are growing our Customer Service team and are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join us. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent support primarily over the phone in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

What We're Looking For:

· Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

· Previous experience in customer service

· Strong active listening skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through available options
• Support clients via phone, email, etc.
• Maintain a positive attitude while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
