Description

• Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement process strategies and schedules.
• Ensure safety regulations and workplace standards are met.
• Work with other engineers to develop new product designs.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor junior staff in the department.
• Participate in budget development and cost tracking within the department.

Profile

A successful Production Engineer should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
• Welding processes (TIG, MIG) and/or bending.
• Core Tools management.
• Excellent problem-solving.
• Proficient in process enhancement and cost-reduction strategies.
• Excellent communication.
