About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Media & Analytics Manager who will be responsible for both Paid Media Campaign Management and Analytics & Reporting, with the opportunity to contribute to process automation and AI-driven strategies. In this role, you will be executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns, while also collaborating closely with the team to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Operations
- Lead the execution and optimization of paid acquisition strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search & Display), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Work closely with the Head of Paid Media Analytics to achieve performance and branding goals for both B2C and B2B campaigns.
- Suggest improvements and conduct A/B testing for new acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor budgets and ensure efficient media spend.
- Implement AI tools and workflows to optimize and automate daily tasks and workflows.
Analytics & Reporting
- Collaborate with the Head of Paid Media Analytics to collect, analyze, and interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
- Create visually impactful and insightful reports using Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Assist with social listening tasks and integrate those insights into the broader marketing strategy.
- Provide strategic recommendations for both internal teams and clients based on performance data.
Process Automation & AI Integration
- Contribute to the development and automation of marketing workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, Workato...
- Stay up-to-date with AI-driven tools and solutions, with a focus on improving efficiency and campaign performance.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Extensive experience with GA4, Looker Studio, social listening tools, and automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier).
- A deep understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, attribution, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and compelling visual stories.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
- Interest in AI, automation, and process optimization.
- Experience working in a remote, multicultural environment.
- Freelance or business status that allows invoicing (any status is acceptable).
