Important automotive company is looking for next Direct material buyer in Torreon, Coahuila.

Objetive:

Responsible for the procurement of direct materials and capital equipment

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in strict accordance with the procurement management process formulated by the company.
• Support the pre-project procurement of new project development. Ensure that the project is completed on time.
• Classify and sort out the purchased materials, actively explore the source market, and establish supply system suitable for the company's needs.
• Control the procurement cost, and finally obtain cost-effective procurement through the comparison and negotiation of quotations from different suppliers in the procurement.
• Continuously optimize the supply chain with the low-cost and low risks.
• Timely process procurement-related documents, invoice sorting and reimbursement.
• Responsible for summarizing the procurement work of each month and submitting the monthly procurement report.
• Establish a qualified supplier system and list, formulate a supplier evaluation system, and implement regular assessment of supplier performance.
• Promote suppliers to improve quality and efficiency, and achieve the goal of reducing annual procurement costs.

Qualifications:

Education: College degree or above

Experience: More than 3 years of work experience

Skills/Abilities:

• Familiar with Mexico market and sources for the commodities.
• Familiar with Mexico import and tax regulations
• Cost analysis
• Fluent English
• Manufacturing area preferably
