Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Senior HR Analyst.
What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
A. Detect and coordinate the annual training plan, according with the STPS, uniom requirement, customer requirement and business needs.
B. Driving strategic direction of the business and ensuring achievement of operating and production objectives consistent with Eaton's Policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Detection of the Training Needs at Plant, Department, Function level, Development Plans requirements & Customer requirements.
B. Build up the annual Training Plan according with the Training Plan Needs and Budget management.
C. Lead the certification process.
D. Assess effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
E. Promote the usage of training tools as Eaton University.
F. Comply with audits requirements such as Eaton, Customer and legal audits regarding to Training Management.
G. Review twice a year the scholarships given by Eaton. (Educational Policy).
H. Drives Performance Management Process.
I. Supports OCA process and Talent Review sessions to build talent pipelines and monitors progress of development actions recommended by business and HR leaders.
J. Implements Corporate OD initiatives and leadership programs to build organization capability.
K. Administers annual employee survey cycle to ensure smooth implementation. Supports Corporate functions during action planning phase post survey through effective feedback sessions.
L. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area.
M. Promotes the company's vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.
N. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
A. College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar.
B. English - language capability, speaking, reading & writing required
C. At least 3 years' experience in HR area.
D. Broad knowledge in develop management.
E. Labor law framework.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
A. Human Resources Functional Competencies : Assessing potential, business acumen, coaching, design thinking, OAD/ Change management y workforce analytics.
B. Comply with the confidentiality agreements that are applicable and accept the data privacy policy accordingly.
