Junior Corporate Attorney

Experience and knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in law, with 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate legal regulations, consulting firms or similar function on industry. Assists in protecting an organization's rights, obligations, privileges, and legal interests by providing legal support to the organization and ensuring legal activities meet the current and future needs of the organization. Broad understanding of Corporate Law, fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and validate all type of contracts both English and Spanish for internal and external customers. (Specialized Services, NDA´s, Leasing, Purchase orders, Supply contracts, etc.)

· Prepare Minutes of Ordinary and Extraordinary Assemblies, unanimous resolutions, power of attorney, etc., and monitor compliance of corporate obligations of the Group companies.

· Supervise open cases and company legal processes (administrative, labor, criminal, etc.)

· Prepare legal documents and reports on judicial cases and process status.

· Contributes to company success on continuous improvement in projects on legal strategies.

· Maintain and update legal files of the group companies (electronic and hard copies)

· Connect with the company stakeholders and external consultants to draft documents and advise on the recommended course of action aligned with company policies and procedures.

· Coordinate and attend legal procedures with public and private offices and representatives.

· Support on legal strategies and goals implementation in line with the company's business objectives.

· Prosecuting potential or actual threats, risks, and defending the organization.

Experience And Knowledge:

Ø Bachelor's degree in law, with 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate legal regulations, consulting firms, or a similar function in the industry.

Ø Experience in assisting in protecting an organization's rights, obligations, privileges, and legal interests by providing legal support to the organization and ensuring legal activities meet the current and future needs of the organization—broad understanding of Corporate Law.

Ø Fluent in English. (Required)

Ø Experience in coordinating and attending legal procedures with public and private offices and representatives.
