- Preparation and sending of quotations, purchase orders and invoices

Requerimientos:

- Microsoft Office skills
- Personal character: It is not a big deal but the honest person is preferred.
Otras informaciones:
- Training plan: Basically the job is very simple. The 2 sales staffs will be giving the training of issuing quotation, purchase order and invoice. They would like to work out the training plan depending on the skill and experience the person has. Depending on the person, but if one day he/she wants to be the salesperson, we could check internally to offer the promotion.
- Company profile: We are a small Japanese trading company, therefore, there is an advantage that we don't have so many rules or procedures that interrupt our day to day work, and the bosses have an attitude to listen to our idea or proposal to improve the work. Here in Mexico, we are 5 people. 1 Japanese director who is normally in Japan and comes to give us support, 1 Japanese assistant manager, 2 people in sales and 1 person in administration and accounting.
- Starting months: At the earliest time possible
- Interview style: face-to-face interview is preferred but if he/she cannot not come for some reason, it could be via Teams. The reason for preferring a face-to-face interview is to get to know the office location.
- Possibility of home office: I could check with the bosses but it would not be the full home office, he/she will be assigned the days he/she has to come in, but I don't want you to say this as a super benefit or advantage to the candidates.
