Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver Technical Solutions: Collaborate with high-performance teams to design, develop, test, document, implement, and stabilize technical and application solutions. You will ensure that solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively, adhering to best practices in software engineering. (50%)
2. Provide Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to applications, systems, integrations, and databases. You will also perform knowledge transfer as required to ensure continuous operational support and resilience. (35%)
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, understand functional specifications, and drive best practice improvements through software engineering. Your insights will be critical in aligning technical solutions with business needs. (10%)

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

1. Proficiency in SAP ABAP on HANA & Related Technologies: Expertise in custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, SAP NetWeaver, SQL, Python, and similar technologies. (2-10 years of experience)
2. Competency in Azure Technologies: Experience with serverless frameworks and proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases. (2-5 years of experience)
3. Team Leadership: Ability to lead and collaborate within a team environment, ensuring successful project delivery and knowledge sharing.
