Responsible for the response and diagnosis of intermediate to complex end-user support tickets, including problem recognition, research, resolution and follow-up. Interacts with management to plan and complete projects to ensure corporate goals are being met. Requires a high degree of professionalism and timeliness, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations and service level commitments.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develops and deploys application package builds by designing, testing, and documenting the package to be deployed (Admin Studio, Orca, SCCM 2007 & SCCM 2012)
- Performs root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Performs local user administration (moves, adds, changes, deletes) required to support daily operations
- Develops and deploys end-user device Images by designing, testing, and documenting the image to be deployed
- Implements hardware and software patches in accordance with company security policies and deployment procedures
- Assists in software license compliance through use of company inventory and tracking mechanisms
- Generates technical documentation for Knowledge Base Articles
- Knowledge with MDM administration
Experience required:
Experience 4 to 6 years experience working in IT industry
- Knowledge of SCCM Administration (2007 & 2012)
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office products
- Detail oriented and deadline driven
- Strong desktop operating system and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Experience in supporting end-user related to Strong technical and usage understanding of MS Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and common office applications
- Strong knowledge of Application Re-Packaging
- Strong knowledge of Desktop Applications
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical personnel
- Strong knowledge of security standards
- Strong understanding of compliance standards
- Willingness to work out of hours to provide support
Additional Required Qualifications Skills and Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of the management of Smartphones and other mobile computing devices
- Experience with validation procedures and reporting
- Familiarity with ITIL methodology
