Technical Requirements:

1) 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

2) Proven background in implementing and maintaining ITSM processes.

3) Advanced skills in Service Portal development and customization.

4) Strong experience with Service Catalog workflows and request lifecycle.

5) Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations.

6) Deep knowledge of JavaScript tailored to the ServiceNow environment.

7) Solid experience performing ServiceNow platform upgrades.

8) Solid experience in Workspace, portal and Chat

9) Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
